'INDIAN THATHA'- A MONITISABLE IP

The movie ‘INDIAN’ directed by Director Shankar; released in the year 1996 was a mammoth block buster. He uses flubber pins on shoes of his college basketball team p and makes his team Medfield win  the basketball match against Wilson's team Rutland. Thereafter, he surprises his fiancée with a ride in his flying car.  He and his fiancée realize that it is an intelligent substance and discuss flubber's possibilities as a commercial product.

Hoinecker makes  an offer to the professor for his flying car and he refuses to sell  it to him as expected.

Professor closes a deal  with  Ford to sell his flying car but unfortunately the proff's remarkable invention is stolen by Hoinecker. His people not only steal flubber but also destroy his trusted companion Weebo.  Prof's is heartbroken seeing his beloved friend destroyed.
